Online booking within the component

To register with the library online and obtain a library card number, please fill out the application below with the following details: full name, year of birth, education, place of study or employment, residential address, and email address. Your library card number and password will be sent to the email address provided. The library card number grants access to all library services. You can pick up your physical library card by visiting the library in person.

Renewing and ordering items from the library collection

You can renew your books via your personal reader account or by using the dedicated form on the website. You can access your personal account using the login button located in the top right corner of the site.
You can also use your personal account to order any item from the collection of the Pskov Regional Universal Scientific Library or check the availability of a book in the collections of libraries across the region.
You can order an electronic copy of a book or an article from a newspaper or magazine held in the collections of the Sabit Mukanov Regional Universal Scientific Library.

Electronic Document Delivery (EDD) enables remote users (readers) to order copies of periodical articles and book excerpts (in compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan) from the collections of the Sabit Mukanov Regional Universal Scientific Library.
Orders should be submitted using the designated order form on the library’s website.

Electronic Document Delivery (EDD) is a service provided by the Sabit Mukanov Regional Universal Scientific Library that enables remote users to obtain electronic copies of periodical articles and book excerpts from the library’s collection, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The electronic copies obtained are intended exclusively for personal, scientific, and educational purposes. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transferred to third parties, or used for commercial purposes.

You can order:

• copies of articles from magazines and newspapers;
• copies of book excerpts;
• copies of individual documents from the library’s collection.

To place an order, please fill out the electronic form below. After verifying the availability of the document, library staff will contact you via email to inform you whether the order can be fulfilled and to provide a timeframe.
